For Healthcare Professionals and Caregivers -
Anyone wanting to reduce stress and burnout and
increase your quality of life

January 13, 5-8pm; January 14, 10am-5pm
In Temple, NH (1 hour 20 minutes from Boston)

Cost: $200.00

This seminar provides a foundational understanding of The Resiliency Paradigm - a new paradigm for psychological well-being and evolution.  This paradigm has been shown to dramatically reduce stress and burnout and increase effectiveness among healthcare professionals, individuals and couples, and in hospital settings, schools, prisons and corporations.

You will Learn: How our previous paradigm of stress had led to the epidemic of burnout in the helping professions and beyond.  The Three Principles paradigm of resilience uncovers your natural inclination to bounce back from adversity and to prevent stress from even occurring.  We will share our work in addictions, social service and healthcare for the past 30 years of educating providers with an inoculation of understanding to create a psychological immunity to the perceived stressors of our work lives.

Joe Bailey will highlight his work at treatment centers and the Mayo Clinic that has dramatically decreased burnout levels and rejuvenated people's care.
