Want to know how to get along better with anyone and everyone?
Join Lori Carpenos, Jill Whalen and Christine Higgins for this 2-day relationship-deepening seminar in Hartford, CT on May 5th and 6th, 2018.
Have you encountered people in your life who just seem impossible to get along with? Perhaps some of them are even your significant other, members of your family, or people you work with every day.
While you may have dreams of running away from all these difficult people, the fact is, in most cases that’s not a possibility. And even if it were, chances are that some people you encounter in your new life will also be difficult.
The simple fact that difficult people exist means that relationships of all kinds can be trying.
- But what if there was a way to not be quite so bothered by other people? (Even the most difficult.)
- And what if this could be done without even having to “fix” those who are the most troublesome to you?
- What if all it took was having a better, more deeper understanding of each other?
In this 2-day relationship workshop, we’ll show you exactly how this is possible.
Marriage and Family Therapist – Lori Carpenos, along with Author – Jill Whalen, and Christine Higgins - founder of 3P NewEngland, will provide examples from their own lives as well as from those with whom they’ve worked, of how relationships of all kinds can deepen via a simple, often overlooked, understanding of life.
All people have within them an amazing resource, always present, that largely remains untapped. It’s the same source of creativity, inspiration, and motivation that people use to do things like write plays, invent new technologies, and solve impossible problems. You’ll be amazed how simple it is, yet most people have never been taught how to access this rich resource.
In the two days you will learn how to:
- Deeply understand others, it’s not impossible!
- Grow your connection
- Start ANY relationship from a fresh place
- Leave past unpleasantness behind
- Create more satisfying relationships
- Experience others in a new way
- Break free from insecurity
In addition, we’ll introduce you to the creative principles that are always at play in our experience of life and relationships. We’ll explore how these principles can positively influence your relationships and send you on a path of new connection!
The seminar will be held at the Hartford Seminary and runs from 10 am to 5 pm both days.
*There is not a cafe on the seminary grounds, however, there is a kitchenette with a sink, fridge, and microwave. You may bring your own lunch, or travel to one of the nearby cafes (we will provide a list of recommended eateries).
The cost is $225 for both days. (We highly recommend you attend both days, but if you can only attend the first day, the cost is $175.)
