The transition from childhood to adulthood doesn't come with a user's guide for teens. In this workshop, we'll show you how the mind works and how it is designed to bring us back to a centered, peaceful place, regardless of current circumstance. Working from this place allows us to more easily connect with, understand, and help ourselves...whether it is dealing with new relationships, insecurity, peer pressure, social media etc.
This is a very special opportunity for teen girls to partake in a Principles based pilot program. The format of the day will comprise of the following:
2. Our spark inside
3. We are thinking beings (discussion + thought experiment)
4. How human beings actually work
6. Why we do what we do (model)
7. Practical situations discussed/examples
8. Morning review
9. The Game of Life and our psychological immune system
10. Problem solving and creativity
11. Managing pressure and stress
Final overview and Wrap up - questions
This program is FREE in exchange for honest, constructive feedback that we will use to design longer teen focused programs. If you are interested, please send an email to info@3pNewEngland.org.
