Free discussion/support group from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Community Center, led by Patty Seybold. This Three Principles’ course is designed for anyone who sometimes feels overwhelmed, stressed, depressed, frustrated, angry, or numb and who would like to feel more joyful, loving, peaceful, calm, present, and content more of the time.
