Cheryl is a business consultant and coach whose clients improve their personal well-being and performance at work through an understanding of the inside-out nature of life and the potential of the human mind. She works in a wide variety of companies including defense, banking, biotech, medical device technology, healthcare, and technology solutions providers.
Cheryl’s personal 3 Principles journey includes multiple programs with Sydney Banks and nearly all of the 3 Principles pioneers. Prior to founding Essential Resilience in 2013, she worked for more than a decade developing training programs and teaching at BAE Systems, one of the first large corporations to implement a curriculum of 3 Principles-based leadership development programs. Her doctoral dissertation describes the relationship between state of mind leadership training and business success.
She lives in New Hampshire with her husband and two spoiled/lucky dogs. Cheryl loves the outdoors and spends her free time hiking with her dogs and riding her bike on the Nashua River Rail Trail.
Annika Hurwitt, Ph.D. has a background as a psychotherapist, and has been coaching people in the Three Principles since she was introduced to them in 1993.
Annika works with individuals and couples, with organizations and teams, and coaches women leaders. She gives four-day intensives from her office in Temple, NH, runs year-long training programs for practitioners, and coaches people worldwide. She lives with her daughter, Rhianna.
